New, surplus, quality gifts in kind are distributed to those in need across the UK. We are the only charity to offer surplus goods at no cost; there is no charge for handling, delivery, packaging or administration, nor do we sell the goods to raise funds. We recognise that many individuals cannot afford to pay for basic necessities. The supply of free goods can improve people’s quality of life and their ability to sustain a better lifestyle.

Through our extensive use of volunteers, Konnect9 is able to provide a cost-effective service, enabling a high proportion of any money donated to benefit those in need, rather than being lost in administration costs.
